When we start our day with, 'I wonder', we step into a creative energy that lifts us immediately.... we step away from the conditioned mind and into something far more expansive. It feels pretty good because we are stepping into our own knowing rather than living by all that we have been told.
This morning I awoke to the birds chatting away and wondered what they were saying... of course they do not speak in words but connect through sound and vibration. We are told that they are announcing their space to others not to go near... I wondered this morning if it was more, 'this is my space but hey, how you doing?' Either way, their singing is beautiful and I am incredibly grateful to wake to such sounds.
It is a wonderful thing to bring, 'I wonder' into any of your day, because it just allows you to question, to create and to be open, to evolve and reconnect to the integral being that you are.... to remember your truth. We have been so deeply conditioned to think everyone else is right and we must do what we 'should' do... yet, bringing in wonder allows us to step out of this box and release right or wrong and step into new, creative, explorative, wonder.

From a health perspective, I often wonder what lives would be like if there was no alcohol. Yes, yes, it can be so fun, yet no doubt about it, alcohol takes its toll. Whether it be on our behaviour, our escape tactics, our interactions, our conversations, our friendships, relationships or our integrity. What we say drunk is quite different to what we say sober... very often. Might be our truth, might be absolute rubbish but we have said it. A toxic body is a body in survival mode, a mind in fog mode. I just wonder what the impact would be if we removed the excessive drinking or even drinking altogether from our lives. How would we interact when we go out... how many of those people 'we love' or 'love us' when we are the centre of attention making everyone else feel so good and thinking we feel 'so' good filling the room with loving, fun energy.... are truly our friends? Maybe all of them. Maybe not. Do they love the sober us too? How does our cool, crazy night out impact those around us the following days, how do we feel in ourselves? Are we aware of the impact drinking has not just on ourselves but those around us.... I just wonder what life would be like without booze. I guess those that can take or leave it at a party have it bang on.... if we cannot socialise without a drink, because it is boring or overwhelming, maybe we have stuff to heal before we go to these things. Without alcohol I wonder if depression would in time decrease.
I just wonder whether we would be kinder more honest, connected beings if we allowed ourselves to be ourselves truly without the hiding behind alcohol.
I wonder what the health system would look like if we removed all processed foods from the shelves and ate only 'real' foods, grown without chemicals. I wonder if most of the 'diagnoses' given for chronic diseases would vanish. I wonder if mental health issues would diminish massively. I wonder if the natural world would look quite different.
I wonder if there would be as many intolerances if we allowed our wheat to grow tall and our foods to grow naturally instead of using vast amounts of chemicals that were (some) used in war time... how they can be safe for consumption blows my mind... but we are 'told' they are safe..... Pesticides, kill pests.... in time they will kill the bigger pest.
I wonder if we are moving away from the matrix of greed, consumption and wanting more and into a world of connection, growth, peace and enough.
Isn't it just beautiful tapping into the concept of 'wonder.'
What are you wondering today?
Love and light to you all
