Three tips to be healthy

Ok, so if we really want to be healthy we need to stop eating processed foods and all the sugars that have been put into packaged foods that are not real sugar.

We need to eat food that Mother Nature has given us. Eat quality. Care where your produce comes from. If you eat meat... know where you animal has come from, how it has lived, what it has eaten. Was it happy? Where do your vegetables come from?

We eat so much shit and it makes us feel shit. Those in charge keep us sick as they do not support the change required. The people therefore need to make the change. Support, small local farmers and growers. One cow, with a calf can still feed a village the milk needed! Why do we need to take the calves away then?!

Eat what Mother Nature has given us! And with respect and gratitude.

Second... we need to move. We are ENERGy. Energy needs to move. If it stagnates we get sick. We need to feel to heal. An emotion lasts around 90 seconds so lets let it flow! We need to be conscious of who we are so that we can feel.

Third, We need to be conscious of our feelings, our thoughts, our breath, our reactions so that we can stop reacting and respond instead and stop feeding the drama and the conflicts of the world. We can become concious of the language we use. Is our language heavy and negative or is it lifting and encouraging and rich in opportunity, creativity and positivity. They have a completely different vibration. I know which vibration I like to live in. And when I get knocked off centre I am so grateful that I am conscious enough to get back on track and speak with the language of love. We have a choice whether to feed the bullshit and the low vibration or dig deep, take a big breath, feed mind, body and soul what it needs, eat well, move, love..... this, my friends, alongside many teachers and tools, is the path of transformation, healing, beauty and love.
