The more time I spend in Nature and with the Herd, the more I feel called to share the value in recognising that we ARE energy. We are stardust beauty in a physical body. We are compressed energy in form. We have forgotten this. We know in our hearts that we are something bigger than we have been told but rather than looking within to reconnect with this light, we are always looking outside of ourselves to find the answer. We either look to escape or detach or we live in our heads getting lost in thoughts, stories and conditionings. We look to someone else to give us the answers, to fix us, rather than embracing their teachings and then discerning what feels 'right' for us and making it our own.
Over the years, I have remembered that 'I am' is not Nicola Corbett. I am is the Awareness of Nicola Corbett. Stay with me...
'I am' is the Awareness of Nicola Corbett. The soul that came to experience being Nicola Corbett. I have done this learning and journeying through various modalities and today share and create a space for people to feel, to be, to reconnect to their truth and to remember that they are also this Awareness. This awareness wants to feel, experience life and create.
For this to happen we want to embody the energy we are, make friends with and love the mind, so the mind/body work together and encourage energy to flow. When we embody, we feel. When we feel, we heal and when we heal, we flow. The energy moves and we have a deep connection to the void, to the 'something bigger,' to the light. We do not have to wait until our time to move planes comes (death of this life) to see the light, we can bring this light down onto our experience on Earth. When we do this, we see the great value in experiencing and living life... the beauty in the silence, the small details, the present moment...and embodiment is the key.
