I am a sensitive - over sensitive at times - being.

I LOVE my family.

I love all the lessons our kids teach us. Daily.

I love animals.

I love our horses, our dogs, our goats, our cat, our sheep and our pigs.

I love Nature and the beauty it shares in every moment she just keeps giving.

I love weeds - the wonder of their healing abilities

I love the wisdom the horses have shared with me over the last 14 years - a language of being - that they are asking me quite firmly to share.

I love movement and the awareness and presence yoga and qigong and dog walking have given to me.

I love becoming more and more aware, more conscious every day. Aware of my thoughts and the choice to change them.

I love that if we change our perception we change not only our reality but our physiology. Fact.

I love sharing all I learn with my family, with friends, clients and with anyone that will listen,

I love the Language of love and hope that one day, soon, we will all live and breathe the beauty of who all of us are at our core. Love, Light.

I love that I have transformed from a being that suppresses and numbs everything to a being that feels and heals.

I love that I have transformed from sickness to health and that I have the awareness to change when things have got toxic again.

I love that I have said goodbye to abusing myself with alcohol, drugs, eating disorders and self harm and I LOVE that my kids gave me the nudge to do this as each one of them arrived on this earthly plane. The physical side of this finished a long time ago... the reason I share is because the mental side of why we do this can hang around for a time. To move it along and find peace, we need to face and feel what is going on, come to centre and expand from there.

Qualifications - A lot!

I will list them of course because i know they are important to people but I feel very strongly that my 'expertise' is not from my certificates but from my life experiences. My absolute brilliance is holding a space for you... not to fix you or change you... I can't do that... no-one can .... but to allow you the space to heal yourself. You have the gift, you are awesome in all ways and there is nothing wrong with you. You are out of balance and a part of you needs to turn the light up and bring in a bit more love.
