Discover the heart behind By Nature's Way and the passionate commitment to facilitating deep healing and transformation through conscious living.
By Nature's Way was born from a deep understanding that true healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with the present moment. Our approach is gentle, intuitive, and completely personalized to each guest's unique journey.
Set in the tranquil English countryside, our retreat offers a sanctuary where busy minds can find peace, stressed bodies can restore, and weary spirits can reawaken. We believe that healing is not about fixing what's broken, but about remembering who we truly are beneath the layers of daily life.
To make change, we have to be the change. For too long we have been embedded in the blame game or waiting for someone else to fix us. We, and only we can make the change, be the change. The moment we start investing in ourselves, we start to be that change. Not only does it affect our lives but all the lives we encounter. Our behaviour has a ripple effect far wider than we can fathom. How we think, feel, behave affects the whole.
I'm a sensitive soul who believes deeply in the transformative power of love and presence.
My greatest teachers are my family—especially our children—and the animals we share our lives with: horses, dogs, goats, sheep, pigs, and our cat. Over 14 years, horses have taught me a profound language of being that I'm passionate about sharing with others.
I've transformed from someone who suppressed and numbed pain to someone who feels and heals.
Through yoga, qigong, and conscious movement, I've discovered that changing our perception literally changes our reality and physiology.
I love sharing these insights through my writing, YouTube channel, and my work with clients.
Nature's wisdom—even in the healing power of weeds—continues to amaze me. I'm committed to helping others find their centre, face what needs healing, and expand from that place of love.
I believe we are all one, that love is the answer to everything, and that presence is our superpower. In love, we find our light and start to shine bright.
I still mess up, I'm still learning, and I love saying sorry when needed. That's part of the beautiful, authentic journey we're all on.
