Session Structure

Each week starts with a grounding, connection meditation, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. We finish with this practice too, ensuring you leave centered and grounded.

Week 1: Coming to Centre — The Central Channel

Themes:

Gratitude line, Kundalini channel, vagus nerve, our 4 anchor points.

Explorations:

  • • Meeting ourselves as energy beings.
  • • Vibration, frequency, energy — and why feeling is healing.
  • • Why consciousness matters: awareness, presence, choice.

Practices:

  • • Breathwork: Nadi Shodhana, Breath of Fire, Box Breath (calm left, energy right).
  • • Movement & mindful practices: dance, art, walking, writing, cooking, stillness in nature.

Reflection:

How often are you "there but not there," lost in a story?

Integration:

Choose a 5-minute daily presence practice for this week.

Week 2: Connecting to Our Authentic Self

Themes:

Breath into base, sacral, solar plexus — anchoring in self.

Explorations:

  • • Who am I when I remove my societal masks?
  • • Who do I want to be, see, feel, create?
  • • What lifts my heart? What holds me back?
  • • Releasing "should," "can't," "how," "what if."
  • • Relinquishing control — what does uncertainty mean to me?

Practices:

  • • Ball breath into solar plexus.
  • • Vision board and channel writing.
  • • Language of love and awareness (masculine/feminine brain balance).

Integration:

Notice what comes up this week. Do you react or respond?

Week 3: Personality Self vs Soulful Self — The Quantum Flip

Themes:

Shifting from ego/personality to the soulful self.

Explorations:

  • • Meeting personality traits with kindness ("cup of tea with them"), thanking them, and allowing the soulful self to shine.
  • • Heart-centred living.
  • • Judgement vs observation — one activates, one liberates.

Practices:

  • • Hands to heart, hands to prayer.
  • • CCB (central channel breathing).
  • • Root lock awareness.
  • • Tools: TAB and SODA.

Integration:

Practice living from your CCB — notice differences in reactivity and healing.

Week 4: Empowered Choices — Living Consciously

Themes:

Conscious behaviour, communication, perception, connection.

Explorations:

  • • When we show up fully, life flows and gives back.
  • • The 3 upper chakras in communication: throat (truth), third eye (vision), crown (connection).
  • • Seeing solutions instead of problems.
  • • Returning to centre after being "knocked off."

Practices:

  • • Breathwork: Ujjayi, 3rd eye focus, CCB.
  • • Journaling + channelling (ask higher self questions).

Integration:

Reflection — are you dumping your emotions on others or facing and freeing them? Practice: "I release any energies that are not mine."

Week 5: Meeting Challenges & Shadows

Themes:

Shadows, discomfort, healing.

Explorations:

  • • Why uncomfortable days matter — meeting them with kindness.
  • • Shadows as invitations to heal.
  • • Embracing the unknown, the unseen, and change.

Practices:

  • • Self-compassion, meditation, rest.
  • • Releasing the "need to know" and trusting instinct.
  • • Re-centering in the CCB when challenged.

Integration:

Journal: Where am I allowing myself to step into flow, uncertainty, and the unknown with love?

Week 6: Embodiment, Integration & Transcendence

Themes:

Living the soulful self, moving from being → doing without force.

Explorations:

  • • Celebrating the transition from ego to soul.
  • • Embodiment as integration.

Practices:

  • • Student-led breath practice: root locks + breath up/down.
  • • Chakra meditation (rainbow alignment).
  • • Intention-setting: "I choose to live heart-centred."

Integration:

"I'm done playing small. I choose my voice and I act with love."
