I created FMT in 2018/19 following a diagnosis of Lupus. I decided with all my IIN training, that I had the knowledge to explore other avenues in healing myself and everything I have put in here helped me along the journey of transformation and healing.
I reversed blood tests and learnt ways to manage my inflammation levels so that I stay in a healthy, balanced space. Since this course I have moved very much into the work of energy and the creativity of the mind, and come to see the importance of embodiment.
We must embody "ALL" the energy that we are in order to transcend the limiting beliefs and transform ourselves into empowered beings! This course was the foundation to all of this and you will find tools to support your energy within it.
